Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you believe your consignment has been lost please contact us to submit a complaint form to initiate the process to locate your items.
Since we ship by air and use major shipping companies, our transit times is usually between 3 to 5 business days. There could be delays due to Airlines, Customs Clearence and Public holidays in the destination country which are out of our control. Our main objective is to deliver your parcels as soon as possible.
Our courier and delivery services can vary in terms of delivery time. We offer an urgent service where a courier will pick up and deliver your package direct with no stops in between; which is usually delivered in under a day depending on your location. Other courier services we offer include same day delivery, next day delivery, and delivery across the globe which would deliver your package within 6 working days. We understand that not every delivery is going to fall in between normal business hours so we are conveniently open 24/7 and can make a delivery at any time of day or night.
